Abstract：Morrey spaces are tools to consider elliptic differential equations. However, from the viewpoint of harmonic analysis, it has become a fundamental function spaces. We provide a way to define Morrey spaces for Radon measure in general Ａnd show that the maximal operator is actually bounded.
